Contest Terms & Conditions

To Enter:

• Log on to www.jcdandassociates.com/contest/ (You can enter as many times as you like.)
• All mandatory fields must be completed with valid information
• Entrant must be in possession of a valid passport for travel and another valid form of identification.
• In the event that the prizewinner originates from North America, U.K/Europe or any other part of the world that LIAT (1974)Limited does not service, the said prizewinner and their guest will be responsible to board the flight from a country that LIAT (1974) Limited services.
• JCD & Associates Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any travel documentation belonging to the prize winner and/ or their guest.

Contest Disclaimers:

The sponsors of the Caribbean Passport Grand prize Promotion are:

• JCD and Associates Limited;
• The Tourism Development Company (TDC);
• LIAT (1974) Limited;
• Island People Mas; and
• Playa Del Este Sanctuary

These and all other associated parties and organizations shall hereafter be referred to as "The Sponsors".

The Sponsors waive all liability insofar as the law permits for any negative action taken against the prize winner and/or their guest that may derive from any of the following as set out hereunder:

1. Any liability for taxes- e.g. airline, country or departure taxes;
2. Absence of travel documents or any required legal document at country of origin or country of final destination;
3. Illegal activity i.e. fraud; smuggling of contraband; falsifying documents; identity theft; trafficking of narcotics and/or terrorism;
4. No liability for any destruction damage or loss howsoever caused by the prizewinner and/or their guests at the airport, in-flight, the hotel or country of final destination;
5. Late arrival for flights or hotel check-in or any event to be undertaken by the prizewinner;
6. Disobedience and/ or any such disregard for the house rules of the hotel or resorts where accommodation is provided. This rule is also applicable to the prizewinner and guest for the one night stay at the premises of Playa Del Este Sanctuary;
7. Any negligent behaviour whilst attending events that are provided as part of the packaged prize promotion;
8. Any other activities or events attended or participated that are not associated with the prize package;
9. The breach of any local laws of the destination country;
10. JCD & Associates Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any of the travel documentation or visas belonging to the prizewinner and guest.
